Absolutely. Many clients combine personal training with group sessions, or add nutrition coaching on top of their regular programme. We can tailor a hybrid approach that fits your budget and goals.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. With sufficient notice, we will happily reschedule at no extra cost. Last-minute cancellations may be charged at full rate, though we understand emergencies happen.

Yes, packages have validity periods to encourage consistent training. However, we can pause your package for holidays or illness with reasonable notice. Just speak to your coach.

It depends on the individual. If you have decent movement foundations and can execute exercises independently, online programming works brilliantly. For beginners or those needing technique guidance, in-person coaching is usually more effective initially.

Of course. If you start with a smaller package and want to increase your commitment, we will credit any unused sessions towards a larger package at the discounted rate.
